Net News and Notes

Beginning November 1st our morning net will begin at 8:00am eastern 7:00am central. The reason is the interference we get from 3.836 group along with others. Also our evening net will begin at 6:00pm eastern and 5:00pm central. We do this when the time changes every year.

Our own Odis Carrol was honored in a BIG way!  He was given the award of the Kentucky ham radio operator of the year!  That's a big Dang Deal!  Congrats to one of the best among us. W4IOD

A great way to honor Diana! The Purchase Area Amateur Radio Society has adopted Diana's call sign, K4IRU as their vanity call sign.   She served on the steering committee when they founded the club in 2023.

If you have a desire to join our KYPN Facebook page, you must answer BOTH questions when you ask to join.  For some reason, people bypass the rules to join section, or only answer one of the 2.  Answer both before you will be approved.  We are not running an FBI check on you, just making sure you are who you say you are mostly.

USE THIS WEBSITE!

I can only post what you send me.  If you are selling something, or looking for something, let me know and it will be posted!  If you have a ham-fest you're involved with and you want others to know about it, let me know!  Your missing an opportunity to put your info in front of others if you don't send it here.
